Are you licensed?
6024 Property Management is a licensed and fully insured real estate brokerage. -
Do you sell real estate too?

Can you put the money directly into my account?
We offer free ACH transfer to any bank issued checking or savings account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You are more than welcome to review our standard lease and suggest changes or improvements. While we utilize the same, thoroughly vetted lease for the majority of our properties, we do have slight adjustments that reflect the individual preferences of each of our owners. -
Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
You are more than welcome to accept Section 8 tenants, but this is not required by any means. We are happy to walk you through the process and the pros/cons of offering this type of housing assistance. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner payments are issued prior to the 15th of each month and may take up to 72 hours to clear your account. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Depending on demand and current status of your property/rental, we can start management within a week of initial contact with 6024 Management’s ownership team. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage everything from small single-family homes to large, multi-unit complexes. Our largest property currently holds 76 separate tenant leases. We also handle commercial properties upon request.
