Can you hold a place before I apply?
We require an application to be fully approved and receipt of the full security deposit in order to hold a property. We DO NOT hold properties for longer than 30 days. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
EVEN BETTER! We only require the first month’s rent with your security deposit. Do note that we charge an extra half month security deposit if you have pets. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Sure is! If you return the home to us in the same or better condition than you got it, and if you are current on your rent and utility payments, you’ll get your full security deposit back. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If your credit is below 600 or if your monthly income is less than 3 times the rent, we will likely require a cosigner in order to approve you for one of our properties. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid by cash in person at our office, by check or money order in person or by mail, or through our amazing online tenant portal with free ACH transfer. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
All pets must be approved in advance by the owner so be sure to notify our management team to get the process started. Pet approval is not guaranteed. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Be sure to check the terms in your lease as each property is subject to different requirements. If in doubt, call one of our amazing team members.
